NO International Shipping

STANDARD SHIPPING

We ship all smaller non bulky items using Australia Post. While furniture and largerbulky items are shipped using a freight carrier. Please allow 3-10 business days fordeliveries. If in the unlikely event we are unable to supply your order in full, we willcontact you within 2 business days to discuss a revised supply date or offer you analternative or refund.

Standard shipping on orders will incur a flat fee dependant on the weight and sizeof the item and are shipped with Australia Post. Our packages will require asignature upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will beleft with re-delivery instructions.

SHIPPING ON FURNITURE & LARGER BULKY ITEMS

Our standard delivery charges do not apply to furniture and larger bulky items. A separate courier delivery charge will be calculated at checkout; this cost will be
applied to your order at checkout.


These items are shipped with our freight carrier and will require a signature upon delivery, therefore delivery of furniture and larger items is unavailable to PO boxes.
Please ensure you check all items prior to accepting and signing for your delivery, and if you believe any items have been damaged in delivery please refuse delivery of these items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We truly hope you love the items you purchase as much as we do, but we understand that occasionally what you love the look of online may not meet your expectations. Many of our items are hand made from natural products and will carry variations.

at info@rossettiinteriordesign.com.au within 10 days of receiving your goods, your satisfaction with our products is important to us here at Rossetti Interior Design.

CHANGE OF MIND

We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange if you have chosen the wrongproduct or you don’t like it as much as you did in the photo, these items must bereturned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt of the order.Please take care when returning your items to ensure your goods are returned intheir original packaging, with their receipt and completed returns form. We areunable to credit items that are damaged or marked so please take extra care whenpacking your items for transportation back to Rossetti Interior Design.

 

We wouldalso love if you could include some feedback about your returned item.Please contact us here at info@rossettiinteriordesign.com.au to notify us of yourreturn, please note return postage remains your responsibility so please hold on toyour proof of postage until we have received your item. We will contact you as soonwe receive your items here at Rossetti Interior Design and process your credit noteor exchange.

FAULTY ITEMS

Although we check each and every item that leaves Rossetti Interior Design, if on delivery, your item is damaged we will replace the item or offer a refund if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the order.


If this is the case the first step is to email us at info@rossettiinteriordesign.com.au within 5 days of receipt of the order. We will require a photo of the damage. Please attach the photo to your notification
email, with your order number and your details so we can process your return as quickly as possible.


Once we have received the photo we will either request the item be returned to assess or you will be offered your choice of a full refund of the purchase price, a
store credit, or a replacement item. Where the item is out of stock, you will be offered a full refund of the purchase price including shipping or a store credit to the same value.
